At GrandPitstop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GrandPitstop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
